Our pipe supports can be supplied to your specified surface treatment with the following finishes: sandblast, pickled, oiled, primed, painted, hot-dip galvanized or zinc electro plated.

Heat treatment
We can hot form and heat treat components to order, e.g. stress-free annealing, normalising or hardening of high temperature materials.
On request we can supply a diagram of the heat treatment and temperature curve of the heat treated components supplied.

Prefabrication service Supplied complete to site

Loads
The maximum load of pipe hangers is determined by the load capacity of the weakest link in the hanger assembly. This is usually the threaded items, with other components often being capable of supporting several times the load of these parts. The following loads can be assumed for pipe hangers:

M12 - 4.7 kN
M16 - 8.8 kN
M20 - 13.8 kN
M24 - 19.9 kN
M30 - 31.6 kN
M36 - 46.0 kN

The loads given in our catalogue have been calculated according to current engineering regulations and have been verified in tests. They are given as guideline figures only and are not necessarily applicable in specific cases.
